Controllable pitch propellers
Controllable pitch propellers (CPPs) are used when requirements exceed what a fixed pitch propeller can offer. The pitch is adjusted during operation to achieve the optimal setting for the purpose in relation to speed, optimizing fuel consumption, engine load or manoeuvring capabilities.
Our high performance propellers are specially designed and fine-tuned to comply with the highest tolerance classes. The propellers are supplied 3- or 4-blade and diameters up to approx. 2200 mm.
Be aware that the controllable pitch propeller must be combined with a complete system.
